If you’re never been to Block Island it’s New England’s best kept secret. All that’s missing is the palm trees. I can see why Meg and Andrew love coming here and it was a great place to have a wedding. I met them that morning at the Villakula house where they were enjoying their coffee and donuts, having a great time hanging out with their many close friends and getting ready for the big day ahead of them. Soon it was off to their ceremony at Block Island Maritime Institute. We took a trip to the breathtaking Mohegan Bluffs for some photos, then back to BIMI for a the reception featuring a taco bar by Kimberly’s while DJ Danielle Duffy had everyone moving to an amazing blend of tunes including some awesome 90’s hip hop which I always appreciate. I managed to keep up with them right up through shots and buffalo wings at McAloon’s Saloon where they somehow still had energy to dance and celebrate.
